Privacy Policy

This notice covers The Furry Hub website and member account/content service. Contact privacy@furry-hub.com for privacy questions or requests. The creative studio has additional generation and retention disclosures.

Account and membership information

We process your email address, account identifier, profile, email-verification state, policy acknowledgements, and email preferences to provide and protect your account. Membership information includes provider/member identifiers, verified access dates, and limited transaction state needed to establish access and prevent duplicate benefits.

Temporary Patreon claims compare your verified mailbox and member identifier with administrator-reviewed eligibility. We retain the binding and expiry needed to administer the one-time offer. A 30-day access grant does not mean its claim record is deleted after 30 days.

Cookies, measurement, and email

Essential cookies keep your session working. Hosting providers may also use security cookies. Sign-in tokens are kept out of browser local storage. Optional email updates require a separate opt-in that you can withdraw in My account. Declining updates does not prevent membership use. Sign-in and security messages needed to fulfil your requests are separate.

Measurement is limited to aggregate page and signup events. We do not use advertising profiles or record individual browsing trails, prompts, or media-view histories for this website.

Service providers

Sites and Cloudflare provide application delivery and creator-file hosting. Supabase provides identity and account/entitlement storage. A configured billing provider handles its checkout and supplies the limited verified membership information needed to deliver benefits. Access by the operator is limited to operating, securing, and supporting the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your choices

Account and profile information is retained while your account is in use. Temporary sign-in challenges expire after ten minutes. Short-lived transfer links expire automatically. Request-rate records expire after their operational window, and membership mutation receipts are retained until they become eligible for routine cleanup after 30 days. One-time claim bindings and necessary transaction evidence are retained to prevent repeated claims, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.

You can change your profile and email preferences in My account. Account export is available there. To request deletion or discuss access, correction, portability, restriction, or an objection, contact us; we may need to verify your identity. Necessary dispute, legal, security, and backup exceptions may apply. Depending on applicable law, you may complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

This is the building-stage privacy notice. Operator identity, jurisdiction, and final provider-transfer and retention disclosures will be completed before the paid launch.
