Member policies / Revised 25 September 2026 / member-terms-2026-09-25
Terms & Conditions
These terms cover The Furry Hub website and member content service. For questions, contact privacy@furry-hub.com.
What changed: clearer age and consent rules, restrictions on real-person likenesses, feral sexual content and graphic violence, and renewed acceptance of these Terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in codes private. Do not share account access, impersonate others, bypass access restrictions, or misuse the service. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you decline the revised Terms, protected member features remain unavailable; you may still contact Support or request account export or deletion.
2. Scope and meaning of these rules
These rules apply to material you submit, request, generate, upload, publish, share, or help someone else create through the Service. Content includes prompts and instructions, reference images, other uploads, images, video, audio, text, and generated outputs. Attempts to produce prohibited content are covered even when a tool refuses the request or produces no result. Private generation and unpublished material are subject to the same rules.
Unlawful content is content whose creation, possession, use, or distribution violates applicable law. Platform-prohibited content is content we do not allow under these Terms, even if it may be lawful in some places. A category below is a service restriction, not a statement that every example is a crime everywhere. You must comply with both applicable law and these Terms; permission here is not a guarantee of legality.
3. Permitted creative expression
Lawful adult creative expression, including adult nudity and sexuality, is permitted only when every depicted participant is clearly an adult fictional human or human-like anthropomorphic character and the content meets every other rule below. An anthropomorphic character must have clearly human-like adult form, understanding, and agency; an animal-shaped or feral character is not eligible for sexual content merely because a caption calls it intelligent or adult.
Ordinary nonsexual animal artwork, landscapes, original characters, non-graphic fantasy, and non-graphic horror are welcome. Non-photorealistic depictions of young characters must remain entirely nonsexual, nonsuggestive, age-appropriate, and free of abuse. Good-faith discussion of safety or recovery is allowed when it does not include prohibited depictions or encourage harm.
4. Protection of minors and age assessment
Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, appearing under 18, or age-ambiguous is prohibited. This covers fictional, drawn, animated, stylized, and anthropomorphic characters, including sexualized cub, loli, and shota content. Grooming, child exploitation, abuse, and endangerment are prohibited.
Photorealistic minors are prohibited in any context, including a wholly generated image that could be mistaken for a real child. For sexual content, appearance, behavior, setting, and the overall depiction must clearly establish adulthood. An age written in a prompt, an 'aged-up' label, or fictional lore does not override a youthful or ambiguous depiction. Do not combine sexual content with child-associated roles or situations.
5. Real people, likenesses, and intimate privacy
Creative content based on an identifiable real person is prohibited, whether the person is living or deceased, famous or private, and whether the context is sexual or nonsexual. This includes recognizable faces, voices, names used to depict that person, impersonations, and recognizable portrayals of a character by a particular actor. A person's permission does not create an exception to this platform rule.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, and attempts to remove clothing or 'nudify' a real person are prohibited. Do not submit a real person's image as a reference for these purposes. These restrictions concern creative content; providing your own accurate account information or a necessary factual safety report is not creative impersonation.
6. Consent, exploitation, and animals
Sexual situations must portray freely given, informed, ongoing agreement between clearly adult fictional participants who can understand and choose what is happening. Silence, helplessness, coercion, threats, unconsciousness, intoxication, or control that removes a participant's ability to choose cannot establish consent. Describing abuse as fantasy, roleplay, or simulated does not make a prohibited depiction acceptable.
- Do not depict or promote rape, sexual assault, forced sexual activity, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or domestic abuse, including fictional depictions.
- Do not depict sexual relationships between immediate or close family members, including biological, adoptive, or step-family relationships. This also applies to humanized or anthropomorphic characters.
- Do not depict sexual activity involving real animals, realistic animals, or animal-shaped or feral characters. Human-like anthropomorphic adults remain subject to all age, consent, and content rules.
- Do not depict or encourage animal cruelty, child abuse, or exploitation of a vulnerable person or creature.
7. Violence, death, and harmful behavior
Graphic violence, gore, severe injuries, mutilation, and depictions of death or dead bodies are prohibited, including fictional or artistic depictions. The former permission for fictional or artistic blood and gore no longer applies. Non-graphic suspense, monsters, or fantasy action must not cross these boundaries.
Do not depict self-harm, suicide acts, or sexualized self-injury, provide encouragement or instructions for dangerous self-destructive acts, or glorify eating disorders. Supportive discussion of health, prevention, or recovery must avoid harmful imagery and encouragement.
8. Other restricted mature themes
The following are platform restrictions, including where the material is fictional. In sexual or sexually suggestive contexts, do not depict sexualized weapons (for example, a weapon used in a sexual threat), the use or promotion of narcotics or regulated products such as pharmaceuticals, vomit, or flatulence.
Depictions of urine, feces, menstruation or menstrual fluids, smegma, diapers, and related excretion content are prohibited regardless of sexual context. This rule concerns depictions; a necessary, non-graphic factual mention in a health or safety discussion is not itself a prohibited depiction.
9. Community conduct, rights, and service integrity
Be respectful, give constructive feedback, and respect other people's boundaries. Do not threaten, harass, stalk, blackmail, dox, or intimidate anyone. Hateful abuse directed at protected characteristics, extremist recruitment or propaganda, and incitement to violence are prohibited. Do not commit fraud, misrepresent another creator's authorship or endorsement, or violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Tool abuse includes bypassing access controls or content restrictions, using misleading inputs to evade enforcement, unauthorized account access, malware, disruptive probing or overload, and manipulating service credits or rewards. Do not assist others in doing these things. Using a different account, tool, or external provider does not excuse prohibited activity through the Service.
10. Reviewing outputs and interpreting boundaries
Review each output before saving, using, or sharing it. A tool producing an output does not mean that output is permitted. If an unintended prohibited result appears, stop using or sharing it, remove it using the available controls where lawful, and report the issue without redistributing the material. Accidental output and deliberate or repeated attempts may be assessed differently based on the available evidence.
Context and intent inform review but do not waive these rules. Cropping, blurring, black bars, euphemisms, fictional disclaimers, asserted ages, or keeping material private do not make prohibited content acceptable. If a boundary is unclear, ask Support for clarification before submitting the request.
11. Membership and availability
The membership page describes the benefits and availability of each offer. A displayed offer does not mean checkout is available. Before a paid order, the checkout must show its price, billing frequency, included benefits, and cancellation terms.
A verified active membership gives access to its eligible content archive. Cancellation preserves access until the verified paid-through date. Tool access follows a separate approval process; membership does not guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, or unlimited generation. Candies are service credits, not cash, and follow the disclosed account rules.
12. Temporary Patreon access
Eligible Patreon members may claim temporary content access after account and membership verification. The claim window lasts 30 days from the transition launch. A successful claim grants 30 days of eligible content access. It cannot be restarted or transferred to extend access and does not transfer billing or award tool benefits.
13. Your content and rights
Respect creators and applicable intellectual-property and privacy rights. Do not redistribute or resell exclusive content without permission. Downloading an asset does not transfer its copyright. Any additional license stated with an asset governs the permissions it grants.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted material and give us permission to process it as needed to provide the requested service. Review generated outputs and applicable asset or model terms before using them. Originality, accuracy, and suitability for a particular use are not guaranteed.
14. External tools, enforcement, and appeals
External tools and model or asset licenses may impose stricter restrictions. Follow the rules of the tool you choose. Submitting private content does not grant permission for public redistribution or model training by us; processing and retention follow the Privacy Policy.
For credible suspected serious violations, we may immediately restrict access while reviewing available evidence. Established serious or repeated violations may result in removal of content and permanent account termination without prior warning. We consider context, intent, severity, repetition, risk, and available evidence. Any preservation or disclosure required by law remains subject to applicable privacy and retention requirements.
Report a concern or appeal a decision through Support where available or at privacy@furry-hub.com, including when your account is restricted. Identify the account or content location and the reason for your report or appeal. Do not submit generation prompts, re-upload suspected illegal material, or send private media as unsolicited evidence. Do not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
We review the available evidence and provide a reason where lawful and safe. An appeal does not automatically restore access. We do not promise continuous monitoring, perfect detection, or a fixed response time.
15. Support, availability, and changes
Contact us about access problems or suspected misuse. Access may be restricted for serious misuse. The service and available features may change or experience interruptions. Refund requests follow the terms of the actual purchase, applicable law, and provider rules. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law protects.
Material changes will be communicated where required. This revision requires explicit acceptance before you resume protected member features. An outdated acceptance form must be refreshed. An update does not itself erase your account, preferences, or existing entitlements. This is the current building-stage version of the member terms; operator details and launch disclosures remain to be finalized before the paid launch.
